This vehicle was warming up in a driveway at the top of the hill. The owner was on his way to get the parking brake repaired, and the dog was inside waiting to go to the veterinarian. The dog rode over the cliff surviving with minor injuries. The dog still got to go to the vet but, the parking brake repairs were skipped.
